Firstly, can I say a big thank you to you and your team for the work you have done this year in turning out our facilities to such a high standard. On speaking to parents the other week they are very impressed with our fields, in comparision to others that they have seen.
During the recent bad weather, the support you have given Cicely Haughton School to enable us to stay open has been great. In previous years, we would have needed to close far more than the two days we have lost this year. Not only has the practical work completed been impressive but the manner and co-operation of all personnel on site has been first class.
Thank you to you and your staff for the service provided over the period of bad weather. It was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for your staff – they are a credit to the company. You helped to keep our school grounds safe for our staff and pupils. The grounds maintenance contract you have provided to us over the years has also been delivered to a high standard.
Cropper became our company of choice in April 2009, since then they have given us the highest standard of service and care and I can say without hesitation that we are completely satisfied with the standard of their works.
The quality of service and ongoing support our school receives from Cropper is second to none. Our school grounds have never looked better! Special thanks also for getting us the very best Christmas tree we have ever had.
Cropper and Moorside High School have worked together for the past five years. The quality of work from the most mundane of jobs to finishing touches has been of a very high standard. We were provided at the outset with a schedule and have been kept informed at all stages of their work for us. They have always been responsive to our needs and we look forward to a long relationship.
Cropper have maintained our grounds for the last six years, just as you think the grass is ready for cutting, they turn up and do it. They take pride in their work at all levels of the company and have a positive attitude towards improvement. There’s been a general improvement in the tidiness of the site in both the walkways and growing areas.
Just to say a big thank you to all of your staff for working around us during our exam season and sports day. The field looks fantastic, all marked out ready for the day and field cut short – The PE Staff were very impressed, keep up the good work. Thanks Again.
We have dealt with Croppers for a few years now and found them to be very accommodating. They have never let us down and do an excellent job. Whenever we call in an emergency during winter times they never let us down and are there usually within the hour. Most times during the winter period Croppers watch the weather and call to grit our grounds without the need of a phone call.
